Had a pleasant time overall. the room was quite clean and convenient for visiting nearby attractions. However, the noise levels from outside were distracting, and we encountered some housekeeping issues that needed addressing. Staff was friendly, but there’s room for improvement on service delivery.

We stayed for a week, the kids liked the pool which was clean and kept well. I had a situation where the staff helped me with extra towels and made me feel understood when I needed support for keeping the room tidy for the kids.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but the stay was overall acceptable.

Just an optimal selection for shopping in Santa Ana with all in all brilliant value for money. The room was nice, clean, and smelled good. Avoid the sliding glass door. it’s tough to handle!

Great stay near Disney!

This place was super comfy and clean. Loved how close it was to Disneyland, just a short drive! The staff was really nice and the blackout curtains were a plus for some extra z's. Breakfast had pancakes and eggs, but as a vegan, I kinda wished for more options. All in all, solid stay!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for a couple of nights and had a mostly decent experience. The room I had was clean, and the beds felt comfortable, which made for good sleep after long days. I appreciated the variety of options for breakfast. the pastries tasted fresh, and the coffee had a good flavor. However, I did encounter issues. One of the elevators was out of order during my stay, making it a bit inconvenient when heading to and from my room. Also, I noticed some amenities in the bathroom were lacking, like there weren't enough towels for the three of us. The check-in process could’ve been smoother. the front desk staff seemed a bit unresponsive at times. Despite these hiccups, the location worked well since it was close to family I was visiting. I might consider staying here again if the issues are addressed.

The hotel is in a sketchy area, we even saw a homeless guy getting escorted out while checking in. Also, the parking situation could use a revamp with limited spaces and some taken up by neighboring businesses. Still, the whole vibe managed to shine through!
